I grew up in Rustico, PEI and have been an ambitious person for as long as I can remember! From a young age I knew I would go to University, get a fancy office job and have an amazing life. So right after high school off I went to UPEI to get my business degree. Not long after, I moved to Calgary, AB where I worked for a few years before going back to school for my masters degree. From there I joined a national firm and was able to develop leadership and project skills that have become valuable on a day to day basis.
After 10 years away it was time to move back home to PEI. This transition was not easy and it led to many discoveries about who I am and what I want from life. I have always been passionate about helping others achieve their goals. My favorite part of being a leader was mentoring and coaching others. This led me to pursue my coaching certification so that I can pay forward the support that I received as a new manager.
Over the years I’ve also developed a love for developing new ways of doing things. I look for efficiencies in every part of life – business included. It’s exciting for me to find ways to add more value by doing things with less effort.
